On April 21, during the civil protest action to block the road leading to Bagratashеn, as a result of provocations by members of the "Yerkrapah", 7 members of the Combat Brotherhood were arrested: Masis Shiroyan, Aramayis Aghаbekyan, Gor Asatryan, Arman Petrosyan, Henrik Mkrtchyan, Hovsep Ghazaryan, and Hrant Ter-Abrahamyan.

Today, during the court sessioցn, Arman Petrosyan was charged with hooliganism, and a decision was made to detain him for 1 month.

The full video footage shows the calming conversation between a member of the Combat Brotherhood and an "Yerkrapah" member, the "Yerkrapah" member's order to drive the car into the people, the driver executing that order, the people pushing the car back, an unidentified person jumping onto people with both feet, and the criminal inaction and blatant patronage of the provocateurs by the Police throughout this entire process.

We remind you that the aforementioned provocateurs and hooligans remain were not charged with any offense.

Meanwhile, Arman Petrosyan (born in 1992) has been arrested.

We present his biography:

• 2010-2012: Served in the 5th defensive district of the 10th Mountain Rifle Division of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic.
• August 29, 2012: Neutralized an enemy spy in the intermilitary zone, inflicting a fatal injury, for which he was awarded the Andranik Ozanyan departmental medal.
• 2016: Voluntarily participated in the April War. Awarded the Drastаmat Kanayan departmental medal.
• 2017-2018: Served as a contractor in the reconnaissance platoon of the separate battalion in Sev Kar under the Ijevan military unit.
• September 28 - November 10, 2020: Volunteered in the 44-day war.
  • October 5: Participated in the assault on Aregasar, where the enemy suffered over 140 casualties.
  • October 8: Infiltrated enemy's rear and destroyed two BTR 82A armored vehicles through a diversion operation.
  • October 24 - November 1: Participated in the defense of the Chakhmakh (Qarın Tak) section.
  • October 30: Took part in the battles for Sghnakh.
• Awarded the Artsakh Combat Cross 2nd Degree, the RA Presidential Medal for Combat Service.
• 2022-2023: Served as a combat readiness instructor in the Special Purpose Department of the Artsakh NSS.
• September 2022: Participated in the extraction of two lost soldiers from the enemy's rear during the Jermuk military operations.
• September 19, 2023: During military operations, being part of the Department, halted the enemy's advance in the Krkzhan neighborhood of Stepanakert.
• September 30, 2023: Among the last to leave Artsakh.
